Online Scheduling – We offer an easy to use, convenient, scheduler right here on our website. This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for whenever you need to schedule a home inspection. Your client will also receive $10 off their home inspection price by scheduling online.
Personal Account and Advertising – You, along with your client, will recieve a personal login that will hold all your inspection reports done within the last 365 days. You may login as many times as you wish and have the option to download and print your Client’s report. We strive to be inspectors for life; we email each of our clients on the 1 year anniversary of their inspection. By doing inspections with us, you are automatically included in the email as a reminder of all your hard work with the transaction. Be sure to update your profile with the correct information and your updated photo that will be sent to your buyer or seller.

We have been in Construction for over 16 years and after knowing the ins and outs of homes, we decided to expand our know-how to inspections. Many companies have been in the Home Inspection Industry for decades but seem to be in a rut. We make sure we are up on all the latest news and education, to make sure we keep out of ruts and in with the industry.
“What forms of payment do you accept?”
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All payments are due at the time of the inspection.
“How long do your inspections take?”
Our typical inspection time takes approximately 2-3 hours. Inspections may take shorter or longer depending on various factors such as the age, condition, and size of the home, as well as, extra components located in the home.
“Do I have to be at the inspection?”
We do not require you to be there, but do recommend it.
